Hello, we’re Frank and Angelika. Through our many journeys and many overnight stays we know well what one wishes and needs on the way. I, Angelika, loved to spend a few years as a trained hotel manager in various luxury hotels, taking care of my guests as a service and reception manager. Now I’m looking forward to hosting you!

We live in Croatia since 2000 and love the country and the people. In the summer of 2019 we moved to Umag, to the apartment below the apartment “Ancora”/ anchor and are absolutely enthusiastic about the beauty of Istria: the wild and romantic interior with the old villages, the beautiful sea at our doorstep, the long, mostly flat bicycle paths in Umag and surroundings and of course the beautiful underwater world here, including the dolphins we met on boat trips.

We are happy to give you tips and ideas so that you can fall in love with Umag and Istria, as well. It will be a pleasure for us to make sure that you find relaxation for body and soul for the time you anchor in our little ‘harbour’.
